The Zone Technique, through a process of palpation and elimination, works to determine which of the six body system zones is experiencing an imbalance and then correct that imbalance.
The Zone technique views the bodily system as divided into six zones: the Glandular system, Eliminative system, Nervous system, Digestive system, Muscular system, and Circulatory system. Each zone is regulated by a specific operating center in the brain (formed during the embryonic stage), with the brain centers acting as the “positive pole” of the systems they regulate. Correlating “negative poles” for each zone are located along the spinal cord. In the presence of a disturbance, the brain’s centers can be overstimulated, and essentially “short out,” ultimately leading to the related bodily system malfunctioning, or weakening over time.
Zone Technique, through a process of palpation and elimination, works to determine which system is experiencing an imbalance. Once identified, the practitioner can stimulate the correlating “negative pole” along the spinal cord as a means to “reboot” the malfunctioning system. Stimulation of the corresponding points sends a signal up the spinal cord to the brain centers that need balancing. The balanced brain centers are then able to communicate effectively to bodily systems, facilitating the body to better heal itself.
How can we help?
- Improve communication between the brain and spinal cord, which promotes balance and natural healing responses.
- Improve function in each of the six zones: Glandular, Eliminative, Nervous, Digestive, Muscular, and Circulatory.
