Anais combines Yin (gentle + restorative) and Yang (active + energizing) yoga styles to create a personalized practice that brings balance to your life. Meditation, breathing techniques, and energy practices are seamlessly integrated, and especially supportive for those receiving acupuncture.
Anais is a certified yoga teacher and holds a Masters of Science in Psychology. She has studied many styles of yoga, from Ashtanga to Yin, and leverages her knowledge on the psychology of well-being to create a holistic teaching style focused on supporting real inner connection and transformation. In addition to teaching, Anais is pursuing her Ph.D. in Social Psychology at the University of Florida and researches mindfulness, meaning in life, and transformative experiences.
